Introduction of Zulin Timber Beam H20

1.  Dimension of Timber Beam H20

As  the  picture  above  showing,  the  height  of  ZULIN  Timber  Beam  H20  is

200mm (the height of wings is 40mm, height of web is 120mm (total height is

200mm).The width of the wings is 80mm, and the thickness of the web is

27mm.

2.  Material for ZULIN Timber Beam H20

2.1. Wings - the wings is made of spruce wood (spruce wood is from Finland)

2.2. Web - the web is made of Poplar plywood

2.3. Glue - The glue for the layers in web is WBP, and the glue which connects web and wings

 is Urea-formaldehyde Glue.

4.  Load Quantity

The load quantity would depend on the requirement for length, and ZULIN

can manufacture any length of Timber Beam H20 within 5.9m limit. Generally, the load capacity 

for different type of container as follow:

4.1. For 20’ feet container: maximum loading capacity is 2260m

4.2. For 40’ (GP) feet container: maximum loading capacity is 4600m

4.2. For 40’ (HQ) feet container: maximum loading capacity is 5000m

5.  Usage Time:

Normally,  and  as  per  experienced  ZULIN  timber  beam  H20  can  be  used within  about  4  to  5  years.

  It  would  depend  on  how  the  contractor/builder maintains the proper usage & storage.
